Montefiore Kerem Moshe

Kerem Moshe is the flagship of the winery. This was the original name given to the land bought by Moses Montefiore in Jerusalem. It is a blend made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Syrah from vineyards in the Judean Hills.

This handcrafted wine was produced in very limited quantities with the utmost attention to detail. The grape varieties were carefully selected from the highest quality plots in the finest vineyards. each variety was aged separately before blending took place. Only the finest components were used in the final wine.

Montefiore Kerem Moshe was aged for 16 months in small French oak barrels. The wine is deep colored with layers of complexity. it has aromas of blackcurrants and blackberries, hints of cedar, tobacco and a long lingering finish.

The wine is Kosher.
